FAQ
-
Q.
Can you deliver directly to our exhibition booth?
-
A.
Yes. We handle the complete logistics from your specified pickup point through to booth delivery. Please note that in some countries, on-site cargo handling within the venue must be carried out by the official venue handler.
-
Q.
I'm not sure how to pack our cargo for international transport.
-
A.
We recommend the most suitable packaging method for your cargo — whether wooden crating, palletizing, or other options — based on the nature and requirements of each shipment.
- Q.
Should I use air freight or ocean freight?
- A.
We recommend the best transport mode based on your cargo readiness, shipment characteristics, and budget.
- Q.
Can we use air freight for the outbound shipment and ocean freight for the return?
- A.
Yes, that is possible. We can provide schedules and cost estimates for each mode so you can compare and select the best option.
- Q.
What is an ATA Carnet?
- A.
An ATA Carnet is a customs document that allows goods to be temporarily exported and re-imported without payment of duties or taxes. Issued under the ATA Convention (international customs treaty), it exempts shipments from import duties and taxes at the host country, as well as from customs duties and consumption tax upon return to Japan. We can arrange the Carnet on your behalf, so first-time users are welcome to contact us.
- Q.
Who manages our cargo at the destination?
- A.
Cargo management at the destination is handled in coordination with our network of local agents worldwide.
- Q.
Can exhibits and display fixtures be stored locally after the show?
- A.
This depends on the specific situation. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
- Q.
We don't have space to store our packing materials during the exhibition. Can you hold them for us?
- A.
Yes, storage of packing materials during the exhibition period is available for an additional charge. Please note that in some countries, this service must be arranged through the official carrier designated by the venue.
